Making Appointments

Registration is updated annually. All persons wishing to use any Center service, except WIC, must register as users of the Center by presenting income verification before services may be rendered. Hours for registration are:

No one is turned away due to inability to pay. How to Pay
Computerized statements are sent monthly. You may pay by cash, check, money order, MasterCard/Visa, or through your insurance. At your request, the Billing Department will be glad to work out a convenient payment plan. Standard collection procedures will be implemented for all past due accounts. We collect annual income information so that we are able to determine a sliding fee scale in the event that your insurance does not cover the full amount. Please be aware that non-covered services or insurance rejections due to non-eligibility will be transferred to self-pay. Calling Us After Hours
After hours medical services are limited to phone counseling, medicine prescriptions and, if needed, a referral to a hospital emergency room. Hospital Care

Transportation
Courtesy transportation is available to transport registered clients to and from the Center. Clients needing transportation must reside within the Center's transportation boundaries and have no other means of getting to the Center. The Center’s transportation boundaries are: West - Sooner Road; East - Choctaw Road; North - NE 122nd Road; South - Reno. Transportation service is available to clients with scheduled appointments between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. If you need transportation to and from your appointment, please contact advise your operator when you make your appointment or call at least one day prior to your appointment to be placed on the transportation schedule If you call to cancel your appointment, also ask to be removed from the transportation schedule. Be ready when the driver arrives at your home (the driver will not wait long since s/he must adhere to the transportation schedule).
